Start off learning the basics of the sales and marketing industry, whilst having lots of fun and earning some great money. The sales programme is designed to be flexible and productive, giving people the opportunity to learn in an excellent working environment. Candidates will discover all aspects of client representation and customer acquisition, work on their sales techniques and develop skills in body language, tone of voice and handling objections.
No experience is required for this programme, as full product training can be provided and a great attitude towards learning is more valuable than anything else. Smart appreance will always be crucial for those who wish to represent multi-national clients, but you will find plenty of guidance and assistance from our friendly team at every level.
This programme is ideal for people who are hard-working, fun-loving, with excellent communication skills. There is limited responsibility on this level, so if you just need to make some money and learn some new things, apply online!
Business Development Programme:
Aimed at individuals with plenty of ambition and natural flair, the B.D.P is a 5-stage structure leading to management responsibilities and increased earning potential. We are currently looking for people to “lead from the front” and show others around the office what it means to be a great example. With our proven track record for our clients, Stride Marketing requires self-motivated, driven individuals to expand our organisation further and take us to the next level.
Everyone has to learn how the business works, so there will naturally be some basic sales techniques and some time spent on the sales programme to give you some grounding. After that; it's up to you! The 5 stages are not time-restricted; how quickly you progress is entirely based on performance, not politics.

Throughout the Business Development Programme, you will be given the opportunity to hear from some of the very best minds in our industry and continuous support and trouble-shooting avenues will be open to everyone at any stage. Through our professional associations, there are numerous opportunities for National and International travel. Whether you want to learn from an expert in sales or be guided through the recruitment process, the Cobra Network of companies spans the globe in over 20 countries. Recently, we have seen representatives from Stride Marketing visiting Kuala Lumpur , Spain , Holland , Dubai , Germany as well as several locations across the UK and we have every reason to expect this trend to continue over the next 18 months. Conventions in Portugal , Australia and New Zealand are already in the pipeline, along with nearly every major city on home ground including London , Birmingham , Manchester and Newcastle .
National training events organised on behalf of our clients are a regular occurrence; never before has the dissemination of information been more important or exciting! Personal development seminars can be arranged with motivational speakers and top experts in various fields providing an ideal learning environment, tailored to the individual.
